Miss Metropolitan : Open statewide. Must be willing to travel to the Syracuse area for approximately six appearance opportunities throughout the year. First 12 candidates with proven completion of responsibility to Children's Miracle Network and hard copy submission of community service essay and fact sheet.
Miss Liberty: Open statewide. Must be willing to travel to the Syracuse area for approximately six appearance opportunities throughout the year. First 12 candidates with proven completion of responsibility to Children's Miracle Network and hard copy submission of community service essay and fact sheet.
Miss Pride of New York: Open statewide. Must be willing to travel to the Syracuse area for approximately six appearance opportunities throughout the year. Must be excited to champion such diverse issues as Native American culture and communities in our state, state-level travel and tourism initiatives and promotions, and the LGBTQ community. First 12 candidates with proven completion of responsibility to Children's Miracle Network and hard copy submission of community service essay and fact sheet.

- You are a citizen of the United States
- You live, work or attend school full time in New York State and have done so for at least 6 months prior to competing

Character
- You are willing to perform the responsibilities associated with your title
- You are in reasonably good health
- You meet character criteria as set forth by the Miss America Organization
- You will be at least 17 years old by the date of my first competition
- You will not be older than 24 by December 31st, 2016
- You are female, never married and never have had children
- You are a high school graduate, or have successfully completed G.E.D. testing, by July 1st, 2016

Eligibility
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Be a young lady between the ages of 13 and 17
- Must not be eligible to compete in the Miss America Competition
- Legal resident of New York at least 6 months prior to local pageant competition
- Be able to meet the time commitment and responsibilities as set forth by the local title you represent
- Be in reasonably good health to meet the job requirements
- Meet character criteria as set forth by the Miss America’s Outstanding Teen Organization
- Must select a community service "platform" to advocate during her year of service
